Founder of Revolt

About Hunter Ballew

From a single hauling truck to nine figures in revenue. Marine, firefighter, father, founder. Hunter built Revolt because he knows exactly what it feels like to grind alone, and he refuses to let another blue collar owner do it without a brotherhood behind him.

Blue Collar to the Bone

He Did Not Come From Money. He Came From Work.

Hunter Ballew grew up a country boy in South Carolina, watching his family fight to make ends meet. He learned early that nobody was coming to save him. He served in the Marine Corps, then became a firefighter and EMT, running toward the fire while everyone else ran the other way.

Then he lost his partner. Jordan Howard, the first man who ever truly believed in Hunter and the one who pushed him to bet on himself, was killed in a head-on collision in 2015. That loss branded a truth into Hunter he has never let go of since. We are not guaranteed tomorrow. You either make your life count or you waste it.

So he went all in. No safety net, no excuses, just work, faith, and a refusal to stay average.

What He Built

From One Truck to Nine Figures

Hunter started with a single hauling truck and a decision to never quit on himself again. From there he built and scaled companies to nine figures in revenue across his career, with multiple eight figure years along the way. He did it as a blue collar operator, not a guy in a suit who never swung a hammer.

Hunter Ballew

God First. Family First.

The Real Reason Behind All Of It

For Hunter, none of it means anything without the people it is built for. His faith comes first, his family second, and the business exists to serve both. His wife Maggie and their kids Turner and Fields are the reason he pushes as hard as he does.

His mission is bigger than a bank account. Hunter wants to impact lives at scale, whether people ever know his name or not. Success without significance, in his words, is a hollow victory.

That is the heartbeat behind Revolt. Build a business that provides, lead a family that lasts, and leave a legacy that outlives you.

The Books

Two Books. One Mission.

Hunter put the playbook and the philosophy on paper so no blue collar owner has to guess their way to the top.

Make It Count

A Wall Street Journal bestseller about the bigger game. Ensuring that when your life expires, your legacy lives on. This is the heart behind everything Hunter builds.

Why He Built Revolt

The Room He Wished He Had

Hunter has coached thousands of business owners, and the pattern never changed. The blue collar owner is the hardest working person in the building and the loneliest one in the seat. Nobody around them understands the weight of the decisions they carry.

Revolt is the answer to that. A mastermind and brotherhood for blue collar owners doing $1M-plus who are done trying to figure it out alone. Real operators, real accountability, real leadership, and a room that refuses to let the next man settle for less than his potential.

If you are running a $1M-plus blue collar business and you want to be in that room, the clarity call is the first step. Thirty minutes with the Revolt team. No pitch. No pressure. Just an honest conversation about where you are and where this room can take you.
